All sales final. Damaged or worn pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returns or exchanges are not available for sizes. We take pride in every handmade piece and we make sure every piece is perfect and carefully inspected before delivery. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 3 days of delivery at info@thejewelmama.com. Returns must be shipped via USPS First Class with tracking and package must be insured by the buyer. 
U.S shipping only. USPS First Class with tracking. Once your order has been delivered, our purchase is complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not resend an item once it's been confirmed as delivered. If you'd like to add "signature required upon delivery" for an additional $5, please email us at info@thejewelmama.com before your purchase. 
Bracelets are handmade to the standard size of 7.5". If you need a petite or larger size please add it in the "notes for seller" section at checkout or email us at info@thejewelmama.com before you make your purchase. Returns or exchanges are not available for sizes.

When can I expect my order?
Please allow 2-7 business days for your orders to be shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a USPS First Class tracking number.
